About Luke Heath
Twenty years coaching the people who lead
Luke has coached and trained 1,000+ executives in Asia-Pac, USA, and Europe. Before coaching, he was an investment banker and portfolio manager with Schroders and Societe Generale. He then ran an executive search firm that placed C-level leaders and finance professionals in Asia-Pac.
His coaching is grounded in behavioural science and commercial experience. He uses proprietary psychological assessments: Triple Intelligence Leadership, Personality 5, Winning Teams, Energy 20, Value-Centred Selling, and Value-Centred Sales Leadership. He works with individual executives one to one, and with leadership teams through the Triple Intelligence Leadership workshop.
He wrote Triple Intelligence Leadership (2026), which explores how we can elevate our rational, emotional, and social intelligence.
Luke enjoys being in the surf, SCUBA diving, and going hiking with old Schroders’ mates.
