Luke Heath brings over 20 years of experience in executive coaching and leadership development. As a former investment banker with Schroders and Societe Generale, Luke transitioned to founding human resources consulting businesses in 2002. He specializes in one-to-one executive coaching, helping leaders unlock their potential and accelerate their career growth through personalized coaching sessions.
Luke enjoys being in the surf, SCUBA diving, and going hiking with old Schroders' mates.

Josh Heath oversees product development and digital systems that enhance HeathCoaching's executive coaching and workshops. With more than a decade of experience in e-commerce, digital media, and software, he applies expertise in AI and modern software development to create tools that strengthen client resources, streamline delivery, and expand the value HeathCoaching provides to organisations and leaders.
